📋 Description

• Work on product features and impact customer experience • Develop and maintain the Java Spring-based platform for a quickly scaling business • Collaborate with a distributed team of highly skilled engineers • Contribute to the architecture and design of the growing platform • Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability • Delegate, build systems, unload himself, and write code for complex things himself

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about programming; delegates, builds systems, unloads himself, and writes code for complex things himself • Technical writing skills • Experience creating documentation from scratch for a medium level business • Experience working in a fintech/proptech product scale-up • Team leading on small to medium teams • Top performer track record • Strong Java experience (6+ years) • Proficiency in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MVC, Security) • Proficiency in ORM frameworks (JPA/Hibernate) • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases • AWS knowledge, including ECS, EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch • DevOps skills in AWS provisioning, operations, and management • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • AWS Certification is nice to have
