📋 Description
• Create reels, shorts, posts, hooks, thumbnails, and captions, primarily using HexCoded • Publish content publicly • Brief, coordinate, and manage freelance video editors and deadlines • Build and maintain the Discord community by inviting and welcoming members, starting conversations, and communicating user feedback • Write and send lifecycle and product announcement emails • Review ad performance and write new ad variations • Monitor views, saves, Discord joins, replies, and signups to improve content performance
🎯 Requirements
• Experience running a social media account and ability to provide links and real performance numbers • Ability to explain design and content choices, such as why one thumbnail performs better than another • Demonstrated use of AI to save significant time and create practical outputs • Ability to show examples of work created with AI • Willingness or ability to use Claude Code; prior knowledge is not required • Short, clear writing ability • Strong awareness of current Instagram trends and online formats • Ability to identify why formats succeed or fail • Ability to work as a self-directed content creator and community manager
