📋 Description
• Make content including Reels, shorts, posts, hooks, thumbnails, and captions, primarily using HexCoded and posting publicly • Manage freelance video editors by writing briefs, selecting references, chasing deadlines, and reviewing returned work • Grow and maintain the Discord community by inviting and welcoming members, starting conversations, and reporting member needs • Write and send signup, activation, retention, launch, and other marketing emails • Review ad performance and write new batches of ads • Monitor views, saves, Discord joins, replies, and signups to evaluate content performance
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated experience running a social media account, with links and real performance numbers including unsuccessful posts • Ability to explain visual taste and why one thumbnail or creative option is stronger • Hands-on experience using AI to save substantial time and demonstrable examples of what was built • Willingness to use AI tools including Claude Code; prior Claude Code experience is not required • Ability to write short, clear copy • Strong awareness of current internet and social media trends, formats, and their performance
