📋 Description

• We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer who can transform ideas, recordings, and raw footage into polished content that captures attention, strengthens our brands, and grows our online audience. • This is more than a traditional editing position. We need someone who understands storytelling, design, writing, artificial intelligence, content strategy, social media publishing, and audience growth. • What You’ll Do • - Edit long-form and short-form videos, including podcasts, interviews, educational videos, advertisements, webinars, and social media content. • - Create motion graphics, animated text, branded transitions, visual effects, and other engaging design elements. • - Turn long-form recordings into high-performing short-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms. • - Optimize content for each platform, including its dimensions, length, pacing, hook, captions, hashtags, keywords, thumbnails, and calls to action. • - Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, watch time, and brand awareness. • - Research audience interests, competitors, platform trends, keywords, and content opportunities. • - Build, manage, and maintain organized content calendars across multiple brands and social platforms. • - Upload, schedule, and publish content using native platform tools and third-party social media management platforms. • - Confirm that scheduled posts are formatted correctly, published on time, and properly tagged and linked. • - Engage with followers by monitoring and responding appropriately to comments and messages. • - Track performance and use data to identify which topics, formats, hooks, and publishing times produce the best results. • - Test new content ideas and make recommendations based on audience response and platform analytics. • - Coordinate content around campaigns, company priorities, events, and important dates. • - Use AI-powered tools to improve editing speed, content quality, repurposing, transcription, writing, research, and workflow efficiency. • - Write and improve video hooks, headlines, captions, descriptions, scripts, hashtags, and calls to action. • - Create thumbnails, social graphics, presentation visuals, and other branded marketing assets. • - Review all work carefully for spelling, grammar, visual consistency, brand accuracy, and technical quality. • - Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to turn ideas into compelling content.

• Tools and SkillsThe ideal candidate should have experience with: • - Adobe Premiere Pro • - Capcut • - Adobe After Effects • - Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator • - Descript • - Tella • - Canva or similar design platforms • - Social media scheduling and content-calendar tools • - Native publishing tools for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube • - Social media analytics and reporting tools • - AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar creative tools • - Captioning, transcription, audio cleanup, and content-repurposing tools • - Social media growth strategies and platform best practices • What We’re Looking For • - Strong video-editing and motion-graphics skills • - Experience building, managing, and executing content calendars • - A demonstrated ability to build social media accounts and grow followers organically • - An understanding of audience development, community engagement, and content distribution • - The ability to schedule, publish, and quality-check social media content • - The ability to interpret analytics and turn performance data into better content • - A strong eye for design, composition, pacing, typography, and visual detail • - A clear understanding of branding and visual consistency • - Strong writing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities • - Knowledge of how audiences consume content differently across social platforms • - The ability to take ownership of a project from the initial idea through publication and performance analysis • - Curiosity about AI and a willingness to test new tools and improve workflows • - Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills • - Dependability, creativity, and close attention to detail • - Must be Able to talk to clients and execute Virtual Interviews.
