Oneleet is designed to integrate with existing developer and cloud stacks and to turn remediation work into documented compliance evidence.

📋 Description

• Conduct initial consultation calls with new clients to assess security posture, infrastructure stack, compliance requirements, and objectives • Provide guidance and recommendations to improve client security posture • Develop high-level security programs with technical, operational, and administrative controls based on industry frameworks and client needs • Collaborate with clients to customize and refine security programs for specific use cases • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure efficient security program creation • Liaise with auditors to align client security programs with auditor expectations • Maintain expertise across NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC, AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and other frameworks and technologies • Provide feedback to the engineering team on integrations, solutions, and products • Translate security concepts into technical implementations • Partner with internal teams to implement security programs through policies, procedures, configurations, and software integrations • Share security knowledge with customers and colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in information security, compliance, audit, security operations, GRC, vCISO, security advisory, IT/compliance auditing, or a security-adjacent customer success/IT support role • Working and broad knowledge of security best practices • Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI compliance frameworks • Ability to map controls to infrastructure and operations • Technical Account Management, client-facing, or stakeholder-facing experience • Strong project management instincts • Ability to understand client infrastructure and map security controls to compliance goals • Strong analytical skills to evaluate environments and determine safeguards • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and adapt approach client-by-client in a fast-moving startup environment • Willingness to meet tight deadlines and deliver results • One or more of CISA, CISSP, or CISM certifications (bonus experience) • Exposure to a Lead Auditor scope (bonus experience) • Prior customer success, IT support, or technical support experience (bonus experience) • Must provide location and country of work and disclose visa sponsorship requirements
