• Plan and facilitate interactive online lessons aligned with the National Standards Curriculum for Grades 4–6 • Teach assigned PEP subjects, including Mathematics, Language Arts, Science and/or Social Studies • Develop differentiated lessons, exercises, quizzes and enrichment activities for varied learning needs • Use online learning tools, multimedia and collaborative activities to promote active participation • Administer and mark assessments; provide feedback to learners and parents where required • Monitor attendance, participation, progress and assessment data to identify learners requiring support • Maintain accurate student-performance and assessment records • Attend planning meetings, training and assessment-related activities as scheduled • Participate in professional development and remain open to upskilling in online instruction and educational technology • Comply with programme schedules, reporting requirements and quality-assurance standards • Teach a minimum of two subject classes, with three sessions per week per subject • Saturday instructors may be assigned up to six teaching hours based on programme needs
• A recognised undergraduate degree in Education or a related discipline • At least three (3) years’ teaching experience in a school setting • Demonstrated experience teaching the National Standards Curriculum at the primary level, particularly Grades 4–6 • Strong knowledge of PEP assessment expectations and primary-level assessment practices • Sound knowledge of the Grades 4–6 curriculum and PEP readiness strategies • Ability to design learner-centred, differentiated and engaging online lessons • Strong digital literacy and confidence using virtual teaching platforms and educational technology • Knowledge of best practices in remote instruction, online learner engagement and virtual classroom management • Effective assessment, student-performance monitoring and intervention-planning skills • Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills • Availability between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday • Availability for Saturday classes, where required
