• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates. • Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership models. • Monitor key performance metrics, including FTDs, NGR, traffic quality, and retention. • Optimize campaigns to maximize partner performance and ROI. • Collaborate with internal Marketing, Analytics, CRM, Payments, Risk, and Compliance teams. • Ensure affiliate activities align with brand and compliance guidelines. • Prepare performance reports, insights, and growth forecasts.
• 3–5+ years of Affiliate Management experience. • Strong experience working across LATAM markets. • An existing network of active affiliate partners. • Solid understanding of affiliate KPIs and performance models. • Experience with platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar. • Strong English communication skills (Spanish and/or Portuguese is a big plus). • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
