📋 Description

• Set up and own the brand's marketplace channel, starting with Amazon US and expanding to key regional marketplaces • Own P&L and growth on Amazon US first, then across key regional marketplaces • Build and execute the marketplace roadmap, including listings, content, ads, and promotions • Drive ranking, rating, and review strategy across platforms • Lead marketplace ad spend, bidding, and performance analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years scaling consumer brands on Amazon • Recent hands-on experience growing brands on Amazon US • Deep command of marketplace SEO, ads and algorithmic levers • Proven P&L ownership on a 7- or 8-figure marketplace channel • Sharp analytical skills; comfortable in the data and in the detail • Experience launching marketplace channels in new regions (nice to have) • Dutch language skills (nice to have)
