📋 Description

• Inside sales and proactive customer outreach (80% of the role) • Qualified follow-up and nurturing of warm contacts, including event and website visitors, existing customers, and campaign leads • Proactive acquisition of new customers for specific offerings and target groups • Targeted outreach to associations to arrange specialist presentations, training sessions, and workshops • Presenting student marketing solutions to higher education institutions in the DACH region • Office coordination and administrative support (20% of the role) • Invoicing, mail handling, purchasing, and general office administration • Actively helping shape the agency and taking on responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in sales • Preferably experience in telemarketing and proactive telephone-based new customer acquisition • Excellent communication skills • Confident and persuasive telephone manner • Enjoyment of interacting with people • Business-fluent German language skills • Proficient use of modern CRM systems • Proficient use of standard office applications • Openness to innovative AI tools • Strong organizational skills • Excellent time management • Independent, structured, and reliable working style
