📋 Description

• Identify what content to create, for whom, and why • Set content strategy and editorial direction • Review, improve, and refine content for clarity, engagement, accuracy, and value • Use AI tools and workflows to create high-quality content efficiently while maintaining editorial standards • Track content results and use data to improve performance • Test new content ideas, formats, and approaches • Learn from failures and build on successful approaches • Collaborate with marketing and product teams • Understand products, customers, and business goals to ensure content supports them • Work closely with the CEO, marketing, and product teams • Shape how the company creates high-quality content with AI

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing small teams of skilled writers • Excellent editing and copywriting skills • Ability to identify what works in content and what needs improvement • Ability to use AI effectively to create and edit content • Comfort working with metrics and taking responsibility for content performance • Strong editorial intuition built through years of experience • Comfort trying new ideas, making decisions, and checking results • Curiosity about products, customers, and business • Hands-on and independent approach; ability to take ownership without detailed instructions • Experience with technology, software, SaaS, or technical content • Years of experience in high-quality editorial environments where great writing, strong editorial judgment, and measurable results are essential
