📋 Description
• Acquisition of new clients in the area of personnel placement and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing). • Maintenance and expansion of existing client relationships: identifying open positions and advising on suitable solutions. • Qualification of vacancies with clients and development of long-term decision-maker networks. • Development and implementation of sales strategies, and preparation of proposals and contracts. • Reporting on sales activities and close coordination with the recruiting team.
🎯 Requirements
• Completed commercial or comparable vocational training, ideally with a focus on sales. • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HR or services sector. • Confident appearance, negotiation skills and strong communication abilities. • Independent, structured working style and high self-motivation. • Very good German and good English skills.
