📋 Description

• Build OpenArt's X presence from the ground up • Grow the account into a hub for AI creators • Set weekly and monthly growth goals • Run experiments across content, distribution, community programs, and acquisition • Convert X conversations into followers, OpenArt users, and advocates • Track impressions, engagement, follower growth, traffic, and signups • Create recurring formats, challenges, showcases, threads, Spaces, competitions, and community programs • Encourage users to share work and workflows organically • Highlight community contributions through quote posts and reposts • Support active accounts as long-term community advocates • Manage replies, mentions, and direct messages • Monitor AI, video, filmmaking, design, advertising, and creator conversations on X • Build relationships with creators, power users, large accounts, and community leaders • Identify organic opportunities to introduce OpenArt • Generate, launch, measure, and scale experiments • Monitor sentiment, complaints, feature requests, competitor products, and emerging AI tools and workflows • Provide insights to product, growth, and marketing teams • Build repeatable growth tactics, community programs, UGC, and an advocate network

🎯 Requirements

• Experience growing communities, audiences, social accounts, or organic acquisition channels • Deep understanding of X culture, humor, subcultures, unwritten rules, and marketing conventions • Growth-oriented mindset • Highly experimental and comfortable trying ideas that might fail • Excellent, natural English writing • Understanding of generative AI and active engagement with the space • Ability to move quickly without constant direction • Ownership of problems and results • Ability to move from idea to execution quickly • Experience personally growing an X account or X Community is an advantage • Experience building an online community from zero is an advantage • Experience growing an organic channel with measurable traffic or user acquisition is an advantage • Familiarity with AI image or video creation tools is an advantage • Understanding of X search, algorithmic post discovery, and off-platform content discovery is an advantage • Experience with creators, ambassadors, affiliates, or UGC programs is an advantage • Ability to analyze community and content performance is an advantage • Ability to create simple memes, graphics, GIFs, or videos is an advantage • Ability to use AI to work faster is an advantage
