📋 Description

• Create solution architecture and design for projects in Salesforce and Data 360, including data modelling, processes, support, and master data • Design and govern integrations with surrounding systems, including S/4HANA • Define integration patterns, best practices, data flows, and master data approaches • Collaborate with IT teams and business process owners • Translate between business and IT requirements • Run requirements, gap, options, and trade-off analysis with clear recommendations • Produce proofs of concept and prototypes to validate approaches and de-risk decisions • Advise on Agentforce and agentic capabilities • Support delivery teams with design guidance, reviews, and technical leadership • Act as a trusted advisor focused on outcomes • Cooperate with team members and ITPM • Support handover to the support team after solution development

🎯 Requirements

• Deep Salesforce platform experience, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flow, and Apex/LWC at an architect's level • Hands-on experience with Data 360 (Data Cloud): ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, segments, and activation • Proven integration architecture experience with APIs, events, middleware, and ERP systems, ideally SAP • Ability to simulate or prototype integrations when needed • Working knowledge of Agentforce, agents, prompts, grounding, and the Einstein Trust Layer • Experience in customer-facing consulting roles • Comfortable in workshops, steering groups, and executive communication • Ability to work across business and IT and move between analysis and hands-on building • Fluent English • Swedish is a plus • Experience with survey and feedback tools, or claims, warranty, and after-sales processes is nice-to-have • Manufacturing or industrial customer background is nice-to-have • Salesforce certifications such as Application/System Architect, Data Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Specialist are nice-to-have • Structured, prepared, and clear communication • Takes ownership and flags risks early • Pragmatic approach to architecture and delivery • Builds trust through reliability and straight talk
