📋 Description

• Own the identity provider, SSO and MFA across Google Workspace, Slack and business tools • Manage onboarding and offboarding for employees, contractors and agency partners across many countries, including same-day access removal • Conduct quarterly access reviews and maintain evidence that controls work • Own device standards, device management and endpoint security • Maintain a complete inventory of software and vendors and consolidate duplicate tools and costs • Own corporate IT controls within the SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 program • Technically evaluate and integrate a new HRIS • Build Opensend's IT and Security Operations function • Work directly with the Director of Business Operations and People and the CTO • Automate repeat work and improve processes across the company

🎯 Requirements

• Six or more years in IT operations or systems administration, including corporate IT ownership at a software company • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and an identity provider such as Okta, JumpCloud or Microsoft Entra ID • Experience delivering evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001 or a similar audit • Experience managing access for a remote or contractor-heavy workforce • Experience with device management tools such as Jamf, Kandji, Intune or JumpCloud • Professional English, written and spoken, and comfort working with US-based leaders • Ability to automate repeat work with scripts or workflow tools • Must be a resident of Vietnam • Workday must overlap by at least 6 hours with Las Vegas, NV, USA • Experience with Vanta, Drata, Secureframe or similar compliance platforms • Experience selecting or integrating an HRIS with an identity provider • Experience leading a measurable software consolidation • Security certifications such as Security+ or Okta Administrator would help you stand out
