📋 Description

• Drive the success of multiple concurrent projects from inception to completion • Lead teams to deliver exceptional results • Navigate risks and resolve issues • Ensure alignment with business goals • Create clear project visions, foster collaboration, and remove obstacles • Deliver value to stakeholders and clients • Coordinate across departments and communicate with clients and internal teams • Serve as an escalation point between OpenText and customer departments/teams • Deliver high-quality project outputs and measurable milestones • Implement cutting-edge technologies for customers’ digital transformation

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of project management experience in software implementation • Preferably experience in Enterprise Information Management (EIM) or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) • PMI, PRINCE2, or similar project management credentials • Knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies • Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and deliver successful outcomes • Excellent problem-solving capabilities • Outstanding negotiation skills • Analytical eye and focus on quality • Ability to manage customer expectations with a commercial mindset in a software vendor organization • Ability to serve as a point of escalation between OpenText and customer departments/teams • Skilled in motivating teams, facilitating participatory decision-making, strategic positioning, and creating a positive, results-driven team environment • Experience working with virtual, globally distributed teams and managing time zone and cultural differences • Strong cross-departmental coordination and transparent communication skills • Fluent Dutch and/or German plus English, written and spoken; Dutch preferred
