📋 Description

• Manage and maintain the organization's technology infrastructure • Provide technical support to staff and volunteers • Troubleshoot issues that arise with hardware and software • Ensure the security and protection of the organization's data • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and processes • Research and recommend new technology solutions to improve organizational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in IT system administration or a related field • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong knowledge of networking, security, and operating systems • Familiarity with cloud-based services such as AWS or Azure is a plus
