📋 Description

• Create engaging social media content including Reels, videos, testimonials, and promotional posts • Edit short-form video content optimized for Instagram and social platforms • Organize and repurpose existing photo and video assets into marketing content • Maintain visually cohesive and on-brand social media content • Schedule and publish social media content consistently • Support content planning and posting calendars • Assist with maintaining organized content workflows and content libraries • Monitor content performance and engagement trends • Support social media campaigns, promotions, and visibility initiatives • Assist with creating educational and visually appealing aesthetics-related content • Help strengthen brand positioning within the beauty and wellness industry • Ensure content aligns with the clinic’s visual identity and messaging • Research social media trends, audio trends, and viral content formats • Suggest content ideas, content pillars, and engagement strategies • Stay updated on trends within the aesthetics, beauty, and wellness industries • Support continuous improvement of social media performance • Work closely with the business owner during weekly check-ins • Collaborate remotely using provided assets and materials • Maintain organized communication and project coordination • Adapt content strategies based on business goals and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Video Editor • Strong experience creating Instagram Reels and short-form video content • Excellent understanding of Instagram trends, engagement, and content strategy • Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing platforms • Strong visual storytelling and creative editing skills • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented • Preferred: Experience working with medical spas, aesthetics, beauty, skincare, or wellness brands • Familiarity with aesthetic-focused content and beauty industry marketing • Experience creating testimonial-based or educational social media content • Knowledge of content planning and social media growth strategies
