• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels. • Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities. • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system. • Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to appointment setting. • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
• 1-3 years of experience in appointment setting or a similar role. • Hands-on experience with B2B outreach, cold calling, lead qualification, and booking meetings for a sales team. • Proficiency with communication tools for email outreach. • Experience using Salesforce or HubSpot. • Availability during Eastern Time business hours. • Experience in the communications industry is a plus.
