📋 Description

• Design marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, and other visual assets. • Edit promotional videos, short-form content, and marketing videos for social media and digital platforms. • Develop and maintain consistent brand identities across multiple clients and projects. • Collaborate with marketing teams, content creators, and clients to develop creative concepts. • Create graphics and multimedia content for websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising. • Edit and optimize videos for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Prepare final design files for both digital and print production. • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. • Stay current with design trends, social media best practices, and emerging creative technologies. • Revise designs and videos based on client and team feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or a related creative role. • A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and/or video editing work. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent design software. • Experience using Canva or similar design platforms. • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles. • Experience editing videos for social media and digital marketing campaigns. • Excellent attention to detail and creativity. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects while working independently in a remote environment. • English proficiency at a C1 level or higher (written and verbal) with a slight to neutral accent. • Availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours • Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required). • Experience with motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects or similar software. • Experience creating content for social media marketing campaigns. • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles. • Experience using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or ClickUp. • Experience working with U.S.-based companies, agencies, or marketing teams. • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar platforms. • Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
