⢠Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. ⢠Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with each client's brand and marketing objectives. ⢠Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement. ⢠Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, and promotional initiatives. ⢠Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. ⢠Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and new growth opportunities. ⢠Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials. ⢠Optimize content and campaigns using SEO best practices. ⢠Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. ⢠Prepare performance reports and communicate campaign results to stakeholders.
⢠2+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related role. ⢠Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. ⢠Experience managing business social media accounts across multiple platforms. ⢠Proficiency with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools. ⢠Experience creating content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software. ⢠Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and paid social advertising. ⢠Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. ⢠Excellent organizational and time management skills. ⢠Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. ⢠Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. ⢠Preferred Qualifications ⢠Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required). ⢠Experience managing paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads. ⢠Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing analytics tools. ⢠Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Constant Contact. ⢠Experience using social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Later. ⢠Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro. ⢠Experience working with U.S.-based businesses or marketing agencies. ⢠Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or Canva AI.
