📋 Description

• Design a social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, including target audience analysis and content planning • Produce Reels, TikToks, Stories, and posts for the basketball community • Interact with fans, players, and teams to build an engaged following • Monitor basketball and social media trends and develop fresh ideas • Track KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously optimize social media activity

🎯 Requirements

• Experience creating content such as Reels, short videos, and graphics; personal work counts • Keen sense of social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram • Creativity, initiative, and desire to build things from scratch • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar programs • Genuine passion for sports, ideally basketball • Enrolled in a college or university for a mandatory internship, or available for up to 3 months for a voluntary internship • Fluent in English; good German is a plus
