📋 Description

• Develop a social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok and more—from audience analysis to content planning • Produce Reels, TikToks, Stories and posts for the basketball community • Engage with fans, players and clubs and build an active, engaged following • Identify trends in the basketball and social media worlds and contribute fresh ideas • Track KPIs, analyze performance and continuously optimize results • Help build a basketball marketing agency and its community from the ground up

🎯 Requirements

• You are highly skilled at creating content (Reels, short-form videos and graphics)—personal projects count, too • Excellent understanding of social media trends, particularly on TikTok and Instagram • Creativity, initiative and enthusiasm for building things from scratch • Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut or comparable software • Genuine passion for sports—ideally basketball—whether as a fan, player or both • Enrolled at a university or college (for a mandatory internship) or available for up to three months (voluntary internship) • Fluent in German; good English is a plus
