📋 Description

• Develop and maintain scripts and automations for networks (Python, REST APIs, etc.) • Support the integration of monitoring, ITSM, and security tools • Participate in the design and documentation of automated network solutions • Provide technical support to the team and clients on DevNet-related requests • Collaborate on proofs of concept (PoCs) and testing of new technologies • Use Git for code and automation version control and follow best practices • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and technical standards • Work on networking, cloud, and security solutions for mid-sized and large enterprise clients

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching) • Knowledge of automation using Python or another scripting language • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and system integration • Familiarity with Git and code version control • Experience working in Linux environments and with the command line • Availability to work full-time as an independent contractor (PJ) • Preferred: experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar technologies • Preferred: knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, or other IaC tools • Preferred: networking certifications (CCNA, DevNet Associate, or equivalent) • Preferred: experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud networking • Preferred: experience participating in network automation projects in production
