📋 Description

• Develop and enhance high-performance backend APIs and services • Participate in architecture decisions and solution design • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code • Review pull requests, support the team, and promote best practices • Collaborate with Product and UX teams to refine technical requirements • Monitor, debug, and optimize applications in production • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Backend Developer, SSR Developer, or Senior Backend Developer in a production environment • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Node.js, Java, C#, Go, or Python) • Experience with REST APIs, relational and non-relational databases • Experience with automated testing, version control (Git), and code reviews • Knowledge of distributed architecture, microservices, or event-driven systems • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Availability to work full-time as an independent contractor (PJ) • Experience with high-scale products or fintech/SaaS companies • Experience with CI/CD, observability, and monitoring • Previous experience working in multidisciplinary Agile teams • Contributions to the community (open source, talks, or articles)
