📋 Description

• Design and implement automated testing strategies for APIs, web, and/or mobile applications • Develop and maintain automated test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines • Define test scenarios based on functional and technical requirements • Monitor production quality by analyzing failures and root causes • Work closely with developers and product teams to prevent bugs, not just find them • Guide the team on QA and test automation best practices • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality assurance process

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior QA Automation Engineer in agile teams • Proficiency in at least one automation programming language (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Python, or similar) • Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, RestAssured, etc.) • Experience with API testing (REST/GraphQL) and tools such as Postman and Insomnia • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) • Knowledge of QA best practices, including the testing pyramid, TDD/BDD, and functional and non-functional testing • Experience in high-scale and microservices environments • Knowledge of performance and load testing (e.g., JMeter, k6, Gatling) • Previous experience working within DevOps/SRE cultures and with observability practices • Active participation in QA communities or tech talks
