📋 Description

• Design and implement automated testing strategies for APIs, web, and/or mobile applications • Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks • Define and track quality metrics in collaboration with the team • Partner with developers and product teams from the feature ideation stage • Conduct test code reviews and promote QA best practices • Investigate complex bugs and support root cause analysis • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools • Serve as a technical quality leader and strengthen the culture of quality throughout the development lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior QA Automation Engineer in agile teams • Proficiency in at least one programming language for automation, such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Python • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or RestAssured • Experience with API testing (REST/GraphQL) and tools such as Postman or Insomnia • Knowledge of CI/CD, such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins, integrated with test automation • Ability to design end-to-end testing strategies and a strong quality mindset • Experience working in high-scale environments, such as fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS • Knowledge of performance and security testing • Previous experience serving as a technical QA lead or mentor • Experience with microservices, messaging systems, and distributed architectures
