📋 Description

• Lead the creation of intelligent automations that free entire teams to focus on what really matters. • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end RPA automations. • Map business processes with stakeholders and propose improvements. • Ensure the quality, performance, and resilience of bots. • Implement best practices for version control, logging, and monitoring. • Investigate incidents and work on resolving production issues. • Document solutions and support the team in knowledge sharing. • Contribute to defining RPA standards and architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior RPA Developer (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar). • Experience in end-to-end business process automation projects. • Knowledge of programming logic and development best practices. • Experience integrating via APIs, databases, and web services. • Previous experience working as a contractor (PJ), with good time management and delivery skills. • Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions. • Certifications on RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). • Experience with orchestrators, queues, and bot monitoring. • Knowledge of Python, .NET, or another language used to support automations. • Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and a product-oriented culture.
