📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end RPA automations • Map processes with business teams and propose improvements • Ensure the quality, performance, and resilience of bots • Implement best practices for version control, logging, and monitoring • Investigate incidents and troubleshoot production issues • Document solutions and support the team in knowledge sharing • Contribute to the definition of RPA standards and architecture

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior RPA Developer (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar) • Experience delivering end-to-end business process automation projects • Knowledge of programming logic and software development best practices • Experience integrating APIs, databases, and web services • Previous experience working as an independent contractor, with strong time-management and delivery skills • Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions • RPA platform certifications (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) are a plus • Experience with orchestrators, queues, and bot monitoring is a plus • Knowledge of Python, .NET, or another programming language supporting automations is a plus • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and a product-oriented culture is a plus
