📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership to the team, supporting software architecture and design decisions • Code critical features, review pull requests, and ensure best practices, including clean code, testing, and observability • Drive the evolution of the architecture, including microservices, APIs, and integrations • Partner with Product to refine requirements and prioritize the technical backlog • Mentor developers and support their career growth • Ensure the performance, security, scalability, and reliability of solutions • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and DevOps • Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to scale the platform and improve quality

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Lead, or technical authority within product teams • Hands-on experience in backend or full-stack development in a high-availability environment • Strong knowledge of software architecture, including REST APIs, microservices, messaging, and relational and NoSQL databases • Experience with modern engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, code review, and monitoring • Ability to translate business needs into simple, scalable technical solutions • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Preferred: Previous experience at digital product companies or scale-ups • Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and with DevOps/SRE practices • Preferred: Experience with event-driven architecture and highly scalable systems • Preferred: Participation in product decisions and technical discovery • Preferred: Contributions to the community through open source, talks, articles, or mentoring
