📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the Otus platform (frontend and backend), ensuring availability, performance, and integrity • Ensure the security and integrity of databases and their integrations across departments • Contribute to the technical specification of products with the Process Team and IT Leadership, from conception through MVP, meeting deadlines and quality standards • Lead the technical execution of projects proactively and independently, aligning architectural and strategic decisions with IT Leadership before implementation and submitting deliverables for review and approval • Implement internal products, monitor performance, and provide support for adjustments and improvements • Build and maintain integrations between platforms via APIs (scheduling, CRM, notifications, etc.) • Develop automations and workflows for internal processes • Apply AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to improve dashboards and data experiences • Participate in regular Development and Product meetings and present technical results and insights to stakeholders • Contribute to the platform’s technical evolution by proposing improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Civil Engineering, or a related field • Full-stack web development with JavaScript/Node.js and modern frontend frameworks • SQL and cloud database modeling and querying (data warehouses and PostgreSQL) • Systems integration via APIs and process automation • Code version control (Git) and deployment in containerized environments • AI-assisted development for building and maintaining systems • Ability to independently lead the technical execution of projects, consulting IT Leadership to validate strategic decisions and review deliverables • Proactive and independent approach to solving day-to-day technical problems • Clear and assertive communication with technical and non-technical teams • Critical thinking and a systems perspective for proposing solutions • Organization and structured work methods, including deadline management, documentation, and attention to non-functional requirements (security and performance) • Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team
