📋 Description

• Coordinate between the Product Owner and the development team • Prepare functional and technical specifications with the development teams • Lead functional enhancements by gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements as User Stories • Ensure User Stories are validated • Organize development in sprints using JIRA • Organize testing campaigns, including test planning, execution, and monitoring • Coordinate testing with the qualification team • Participate in production releases • Maintain applications and provide Level 2/3 support • Lead and/or participate in project status meetings, Agile ceremonies, technical committees, and steering committees • Collaborate with numerous stakeholders across different business divisions and with regional contacts

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken • Knowledge of the insurance industry • Experience managing Agile projects using the Scrum methodology • Experience with modeling tools, particularly UML • Knowledge of requirements management tools, such as Confluence • Knowledge of Web Design, including UX/UI • Experience with ticketing and test management tools, such as JIRA and Xray • Desired technical knowledge: SQL and XML • Self-directed and well organized • Strong analytical and summarization skills • Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously • Customer-focused and service-oriented • Proactive and able to make recommendations • Enjoys working as part of a team
