📋 Description

• Conceptualize and produce multiple visual design options for ad creatives, social media posts, promotional materials, and web graphics • Collaborate with the marketing team to design high-converting visual assets tailored for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns • Prepare and format graphics, banners, and layout templates for daily social media posting and scheduling • Maintain visual identity, typography, and layout standards across all marketing materials • Present multiple design options for team review

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design options and layouts • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma/Canva • Ability to work efficiently to deliver multiple visual concepts under set deadlines • Experience in property or real estate marketing is a strong bonus • Hands-on experience creating marketing collaterals or ad visuals for the real estate or property sector is a bonus
