📋 Description

• Own key features of a consumer-friendly learning experience • Help set Outsmart's technical culture and standards for quality, scalability, and UX • Work closely with the Design team to ship and maintain animations and interactive experiences • Develop new mobile features end-to-end in Flutter • Ship high-quality Rive and Unity experiences • Own end-to-end testing for all mobile features • Collaborate with the broader engineering team to establish technical culture and quality standards • Conduct code reviews • Participate in architecture design sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years mobile development experience • Demonstrable experience using Flutter • Proven track record building and maintaining mobile apps at scale; 1M+ users preferred • Deep knowledge of performance tuning and mobile testing strategies • Experience writing unit/E2E tests • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment • Legal authorization to work in the applicant's country of residence in LATAM
