📋 Description

• Design stormwater systems for residential subdivisions • Prepare management plans and reports • Support DA/CC submissions for projects • Ensure designs comply with NSW local council requirements and Australian Standards • Liaise with civil engineers, surveyors, and councils • Provide technical support across multiple subdivision projects • Ensure timely delivery of compliant and accurate documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Australian residential subdivision projects (ESSENTIAL) • Strong understanding of stormwater compliance, regulations, and approvals in Australia • Experience with: DRAINS / MUSIC / HEC-RAS (or similar modelling tools) • AutoCAD / Civil 3D • Ability to prepare engineering reports and supporting documentation • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
