📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve data models, architecture, and analytics solutions supporting evolving products • Design, build, and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring data quality, performance, and scalability • Define metrics and data requirements for product performance, feature adoption, customer behavior, and business impact • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for internal stakeholders and external customers • Develop and improve monitoring, alerting, and data quality processes • Make architectural decisions balancing technical quality, business priorities, and delivery speed • Use Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI technologies to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, accelerate analysis, and increase productivity • Improve processes, product performance, and team use of data • Collaborate closely with Product and R&D teams • Own projects from planning through deployment and influence product development

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, product analytics, or a closely related field • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytical systems • Experience designing data solutions and making architectural decisions, ideally within a product-driven environment • Strong understanding of data architecture, data quality, and the principles behind reliable, scalable data systems • A product-oriented mindset and focus on product performance and business value • Ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems, make decisions independently, and drive projects from idea to implementation • Active use of AI tools and genuine curiosity about applying AI to development, analytics, and workflows • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving products, priorities, and requirements • Nice to have: experience with Python, Snowflake, dbt, or similar data technologies • Nice to have: familiarity with BI tools, dashboards, or customer-facing analytics • Nice to have: experience with product monitoring, data quality, or performance optimization
