📋 Description

• Manage the BI team of two employees • Conduct goal-setting discussions and provide regular feedback • Build and foster a data-driven company culture • Establish BI best practices within the team • Continuously develop employees’ professional and methodological skills • Work closely with management and business departments to align and prioritize the BI roadmap • Strategically design, develop, and optimize the BI reporting landscape • Analyze data to derive well-founded recommendations for management and business departments • Define and continuously maintain central KPIs • Actively support the establishment and further development of data governance structures • Contribute hands-on to projects and analyses

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics • Initial leadership experience preferred • Proven experience in designing, building, and further developing a BI function • Experience with conceptual data modeling • Experience designing ETL processes • Excellent overview of current developments, technologies, and trends in the BI field • Strong hands-on mentality • Willingness to contribute operationally to projects and analyses • Strong communication skills • Excellent leadership abilities • High degree of ownership and decisiveness
