📋 Description

• Gain insight into building a Finance Operations organization covering Accounting & Reporting, Finance Projects & Systems, and Treasury • Support the preparation of financial statements and reports • Contribute to projects • Advise other departments • Support accounting operations • Independently take ownership of processes, such as the invoice receipt process • Contribute to the implementation of an ERP system • Help establish efficient end-to-end processes

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Systems, or a comparable field • Engaged, open-minded, and motivated to help shape a start-up environment • Strong communication skills • High degree of independence • Willingness to take on initial responsibility and proactively contribute your own ideas • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • German proficiency at C1 level • English proficiency at B2 level • Ideally, initial practical experience in the accounting department of an industrial company or in auditing or audit-related consulting
