• Support operational and strategic procurement for fiber optic network expansion projects • Procure civil engineering and planning services • Process and document purchase orders • Prepare tender documents • Obtain, review, and compare quotations • Support awarding decisions and the preparation of pricing and contract negotiations • Research prices, suppliers, and quotations • Maintain procurement, supplier, and contract data • Prepare analyses and presentations • Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Project Management, and Controlling • Contribute to the further development and optimization of procurement processes • Take ownership of individual tasks and smaller procurement projects after onboarding
• Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Law, or a comparable field • Interest in procurement for civil engineering and planning services • Initial practical experience through internships or working student positions is desirable • Enthusiasm for procurement processes and commercial contexts • Careful, structured, and reliable working style • Basic understanding of and interest in the technical, organizational, and legal processes related to civil engineering and planning services • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Very good written and spoken German • Open and approachable when dealing with colleagues and internal and external contacts • Team player with initiative • Willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics • Planned availability for at least 12 months; please state your preferred start date and availability period in your application
