📋 Description

• Install and commission Raman Microscopy systems across Europe • Provide onsite and remote technical support • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and application-related issues • Deliver preventative maintenance and repair services • Conduct customer training and application support • Collaborate with Applications, R&D, Product Management and Sales teams • Support new product introductions and upgrades • Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation • Build trusted customer relationships and identify service opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, Engineering or a related scientific discipline • Experience supporting complex scientific instrumentation • Knowledge of Raman Microscopy and associated applications • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent customer-facing communication skills • Fluency in German and English • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Europe
