📋 Description

• Conduct one-on-one online meetings with physicians, presenting the method in a practical, objective, and personalized manner. • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the company, providing ongoing support and follow-up via WhatsApp. • Monitor each client's progress, ensuring completion of tasks scheduled for each stage of the consultancy. • Validate checklist execution and approve progression to the next phases of the method. • Coordinate and liaise with internal teams (marketing, paid media, website development, receptionist training, among others) to ensure timely deliveries. • Adapt methodology concepts to the reality of each practice or clinic, advising on topics such as: market positioning, content production, Google My Business, WhatsApp communication, patient referral programs, digital marketing and paid media, and clinic operational organization. • Encourage client engagement, resolve questions, and keep the implementation timeline on track. • Ensure a high-level consultative experience, strengthening relationships with physicians throughout the entire journey.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with training, teaching, mentoring, consulting, project implementation, or client onboarding. • Excellent verbal communication, with ease teaching and guiding people through learning processes. • Consultative profile, organized and process-oriented. • Ability to support multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining organization and control over each one's stages. • Comfortable working with methodologies, playbooks, checklists, and standardized processes. • Good personal presentation and professional demeanor for video meetings with physicians and healthcare managers. • Autonomous working style for fully remote work and excellent schedule management. • Ease working in a team and interfacing with different internal departments. • Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and focus on delivering results for the client.
