📋 Description

• Create and edit approximately 15–20 AI videos per week, prioritizing quality • Own the creation of AI footage, not merely assemble it • Generate realistic AI A-roll and B-roll independently • Write and refine prompts to produce realistic, usable assets • Use AI-powered editing and creative tools to accelerate production • Optimize video flow, hooks, cadence, and pacing for paid social channels including Meta and TikTok • Track performance feedback and adjust creative accordingly • Deliver polished, on-brand assets within tight turnaround times

🎯 Requirements

• Heavily experienced in editing Meta direct response creatives; extensive experience cutting paid ads rather than general video or reels • Obsessed with AI generation and willing to handle difficult editing tasks • Ability to produce realistic AI video of any kind, including product in action, physics, and mixed real+AI footage • Experience with AI video generation tools such as Google Flow, Runway, Veo, or similar • Understanding of DTC advertising and why an ad works • Ability to develop copy concepts and reinforce them with visuals (nice to have) • Experience working with known e-commerce brands, ideally hardware or physical products for a 45–65+ audience (nice to have)
