📋 Description

• Own accountability and urgency across TikTok Shop, Amazon, Operations, Retention, and Finance • Track KPIs, deadlines, and commitments; follow up, unblock work, enforce urgency, and ensure ownership • Build the process map of the entire business, including role definitions, responsibilities, SOPs, documentation, trackers, reporting structure, and promotion/bonus/termination criteria • Triage matters flowing to the CEO by handling, routing, automating, or eliminating them • Own high-leverage projects end to end, including growth initiatives, channel tests, vendor negotiations, and systems builds • Scope projects, run them, hire or coordinate needed resources, and report meaningful progress weekly • Convert conversations from calls, meetings, Slack, and WhatsApp into assigned, tracked actions • Own the CEO's calendar, inbox, scheduling, prioritization, meeting preparation, and follow-up • Give direct feedback, flag underperformance early, and help managers hold their teams accountable • Report directly to the CEO and operate initially through influence rather than formal authority

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to learn fast and independently • Smart, hands-on approach; ability to reason through complex business problems and handle people effectively • Genuine humility and receptiveness to direct feedback • Willingness to do the work personally; delegating without hands-on involvement is a disqualifier • Comfort with ambiguity and total ownership • Ability to give and receive blunt feedback without becoming personal or political • Minimum 50-hour role with frequent nights and weekends • Availability during US Eastern hours within the 9:00 AM–12:00 AM ET window • Excellent written and spoken English • E-commerce experience — D2C, Amazon, or TikTok Shop especially (nice-to-have) • Subscription or retention business experience (nice-to-have) • Prior Chief of Staff, founder's associate, consulting, or investment banking background (nice-to-have) • Experience building SOPs, process documentation, or operating cadences from scratch (nice-to-have) • Experience managing agencies and offshore contractors (nice-to-have)
