📋 Description

• Upload creative to Meta Ads following the Media Buyer's instructions, on a Tuesday and Thursday cadence • Own and maintain the internal creative tracking system across Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Motion • Keep creative assets organized and accurately logged at every stage of production • Generate creator payout reports for Finance, calculating each creator's percentage of ad spend • Proactively flag inconsistencies, missing assets, or broken processes before they become problems • Complete structured training during the first few weeks, then own the process independently

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational instincts and real attention to detail • Comfort working in Google Sheets, including formulas and reporting • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, or the ability to learn the upload workflow quickly • Someone who follows a process exactly, but speaks up when the process itself is broken • Reliable, self-directed, and consistent once training wheels come off • Part-time, 4 hours per day • Must be available within the 9AM to 5PM PST window • Fully remote
