📋 Description

• Own project management and coordination of marketing and e-commerce initiatives, keeping priorities, timelines, and deliverables on track • Manage and maintain the marketing calendar for campaigns, promotions, launches, content, and other initiatives • Coordinate cross-functional projects and communicate marketing activities to other departments • Serve as the central contact between marketing and e-commerce, fulfillment, customer experience, and other business teams • Track timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and outstanding action items • Coordinate with internal team members and external partners/vendors from planning through completion • Support Shopify and e-commerce initiatives, coordinating marketing plans and site-related activities • Identify bottlenecks, delays, or gaps and follow up with stakeholders • Establish structure and accountability across recurring marketing processes and workflows • Provide additional support during high-volume periods, launches, promotions, and intensive business cycles • Maintain visibility into initiatives and provide project status, priority, and issue updates

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, marketing operations, or project management • Experience working with DTC/e-commerce brands, preferably in a fast-growing environment • Strong project management skills managing multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through and proactive identification of next steps • Comfortable working across multiple departments and coordinating people with different priorities • Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce operations strongly preferred • Experience managing or coordinating marketing calendars, campaigns, product launches, promotions, and cross-functional initiatives • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership without constant direction • Able to adapt to changing priorities and varying workloads • LATAM-based and able to work primarily within EST business hours • Generally available during 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, with flexibility for varying workload and occasional extended hours
