📋 Description

• Create internal creative assets, including performance-focused ad creatives, high-fidelity website assets, branding elements, and product imagery • Generate high-quality visual concepts using AI platforms such as Claude and Gemini • Apply prompt engineering techniques to control output quality, style, and consistency • Design creatives aligned with a clean, modern biotech aesthetic • Contribute to creative direction and execution • Collaborate internally to iterate on concepts and improve output quality • Stay current with emerging AI tools and continuously improve workflows • Refine and elevate AI-generated assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma • Work across varying day-to-day priorities, including ad creative, website graphics, and brand asset creation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Adobe Suite • Strong experience with Figma • Strong experience with Gemini • Strong experience with Claude • Demonstrated experience using AI tools for design workflows (Claude, Gemini, etc.) • Strong prompt engineering ability (not just basic usage) • Solid understanding of layout and composition • Solid understanding of typography • Solid understanding of visual hierarchy • Ability to take rough/generated assets and bring them to a high-end, production-ready standard • Excellent English communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Ability to leverage AI as a tool, not a crutch • Ability to control output quality through prompting and refinement • Ability to deliver clean, modern, high-trust creative aligned with a biotech aesthetic
