📋 Description

• Recruit and onboard influencers and creators into affiliate partnerships. • Manage outreach, relationship-building, and partnership negotiations with creators. • Support affiliate campaigns through platforms such as Levanta and Amazon Creator Connections. • Track campaign performance across revenue, ROAS, engagement, and overall results. • Monitor budgets and help optimize campaign performance based on data. • Source, collect, and organize UGC from creators for brand use. • Prepare regular reports with performance insights and recommendations. • Coordinate creative briefs, follow-ups, and day-to-day communication with partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related role. • Experience recruiting, managing, and negotiating partnerships with influencers or creators. • Familiarity with affiliate platforms and creator partnership tools such as Levanta and/or Amazon Creator Connections. • Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing space and performance-driven campaigns. • Ability to track and interpret key metrics such as ROAS, revenue, engagement, and campaign performance. • Experience sourcing, organizing, and managing UGC from creators. • Strong written communication skills for outreach, follow-ups, and creative briefs. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple partnerships at once. • Experience working with ecommerce brands is strongly preferred. • Experience working with U.S.-based brands, audiences, or creators is a plus.
