📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients • Understand client needs and recommend tailored packaging or shipping solutions • Set expectations regarding pricing, timelines, and deliverables • Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve the client experience • Manage project timelines and coordinate sampling, production, and delivery • Coordinate execution with internal teams and partner factories • Monitor quality control processes and escalate issues when necessary • Address project delays or issues promptly • Prepare, generate, and update quotations and project documentation • Track margin opportunities and client profitability • Maintain project trackers and dashboards using Lark • Coordinate with Logistics, Social Media, and Factory teams • Translate client briefs into actionable supplier instructions • Attend internal meetings and coordinate follow-ups • Prioritize and manage email communications with clients and suppliers • Maintain current records and project updates in project management systems

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills • Strong project management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills • Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly • Strong business acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving • Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders effectively • Proficiency in English • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment • Familiarity with supply chain operations, logistics, or DTC/eCommerce brands • Mandarin language proficiency
