📋 Description

• Act as the operational point of contact for clients • Keep clients informed, manage communication, and escalate issues requiring founder involvement • Manage multiple client accounts, with an approximate model of one project manager per five clients • Own timelines, scope, and deliverables • Monitor project status and follow up when work slips • Identify delivery risks early and propose solutions • Coordinate team priorities and hold team members accountable for commitments • Run follow-up to ensure tasks progress • Maintain accurate and current pipeline, CRM, and reporting • Build and maintain systems and automations supporting delivery • Convert undocumented knowledge into repeatable processes • Help the founder focus on expansion instead of firefighting

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in revenue operations or operational project management in an agency or client services environment • Experience carrying multiple accounts simultaneously • Comfortable being the operational face to clients in a stakeholder-facing role • Excellent written English • Strong organization and follow-through • Ability to work independently without an operations team • Willingness to grow into a larger role and commit while the business expands • Reliable overlap with Barcelona for client calls and team collaboration • Not seeking full-time immediately • Not juggling five other clients or treating this as a sixth client • Comfortable with hands-on emails, trackers, chasing, and process writing
