📋 Description

• Own the overarching retention strategy for each client account, email and SMS • Run weekly client calls and be the senior voice in the room • Direct project managers, copywriters and designers, and ensure execution matches the strategy • Review results and reporting, then decide what changes next • Run internal team meetings and keep the team aligned • Identify capacity gaps and flag hiring needs as the agency scales • Focus on strategy, quality control of project-manager execution, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Senior experience building email and SMS retention strategy, agency side preferred • Someone who presents well and can hold a room on a client call • Ability to manage, coach and teach, not just execute • Creative and adaptable, comfortable when priorities move • Someone who wants to help steer the company alongside senior leadership • Full-time, 100% remote • Latin America based
