📋 Description

• Review escalated EPC complaints received through the billing subservicer, CX, or Finance Operations • Contact EPCs to provide background information and request investigations and responses • Investigate EPC complaints by reviewing EPC responses, customer information, and system data • Recommend resolutions, including netfunding EPCs, cancelling customer billing, or continuing collections • Address customer billing complaints related to poor CX reviews • Collaborate with CX, CAT, Accounting, and other departments • Obtain leadership approval and bring investigations to resolution • Identify EPC and sales representative patterns • Implement departmental process improvements and raise opportunities for other groups • Perform ad hoc data analysis on complaints and claims

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in a role demonstrating strategic thinking and problem solving • Salesforce experience preferred • BS/BA preferred • Experience working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment • Good computer skills (G Suite, Microsoft) • Ability to work alone or in a team • Outstanding attention to detail • Good collaboration and communication skills • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Knowledge of construction or solar industry preferred • Successful completion of a background check
