📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership, expertise, and guidance throughout customers’ security transformation journeys • Define technical solutions that secure customers’ key business imperatives and ensure value realization of Palo Alto Networks investments • Evangelize on-premises, cloud, and security operations services • Meet and exceed sales quotas by building and implementing strategic technical account plans targeting cross-platform solutions • Position, demonstrate, and create high-level designs across the Palo Alto Networks portfolio based on customer business needs • Conduct discovery to understand and articulate prospects’ and customers’ technical, operational, and commercial imperatives • Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams on implementation and solution adoption • Deliver customer-specific demos, technical engagements, workshops, and presentations • Lead technical validation efforts to secure technical wins in assigned opportunities • Orchestrate Specialists, Channel Resources, and Customer Support for a cohesive one-team approach • Promote end-to-end solutions incorporating Palo Alto Networks and/or partner professional services • Differentiate Palo Alto Networks against the competitive landscape • Develop technical and professional skills through community participation and industry events • Identify technical stakeholders and cultivate relationships to drive security architecture transformation roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional communication skills in German and English • Understanding of data networking and/or modern application design and cloud architectures • Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives • Ability to influence and gain buy-in from key stakeholders • Prior presales experience is ideal • Experience creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements • Experience selling, designing, implementing, or managing Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and/or SOC Transformation solutions • Experience partnering with Customer Support functions to ensure successful implementation and adoption • Experience with complex sales involving long sales processes, multiple buying centers, and multi-product solutions is preferred • Must not require immigration sponsorship; Palo Alto Networks will not sponsor work visas for this position
