• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers • Design and implement secure, scalable, and automated Certificate Lifecycle Management, PKI, and Machine Identity Security solutions • Lead customer engagements across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments from discovery and architecture through implementation, integration, automation, and enablement • Translate customer requirements into practical solutions that improve security, visibility, governance, and operational efficiency • Prepare and deliver technical workshops, demonstrations, and architecture sessions • Evaluate business processes, identify improvement and automation opportunities, and track MIM program success • Act as a customer advocate and subject matter expert across multiple accounts • Develop and document reusable patterns, blueprints, and best practices • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering, Global Delivery teams, partners, and customers
• Minimum of 7 years of consulting experience working within large-scale enterprise IT environments • Proven business acumen to identify critical business problems and articulate effective solutions to customers • Extensive experience automating Machine Identity Management using the MIM platforms, APIs, Adaptable framework and connectors • Strong expertise with scripting and APIs for automation utilizing PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages • Direct working experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP • Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Jenkins • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills • Deep understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including technology, standards, and enterprise implementations • AWS or Azure Architect Certification is highly preferred • Venafi Security Administrator (VSA) certification • Industry-recognized security certifications such as CISSP • Experience with TLS/SSL technologies such as F5, NetScaler, IIS, Apache, WebLogic, or WebSphere
